International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping! Please note customs can hold a package anywhere between 12-30 days, meaning arrival dates can vary. If you think your package is lost, let us know by calling us at 469-323-9466‬. Shipping rates to international locations vary based on location and shipping time frame. Rates start at $5.95 & up and are based on the weight of your package and method of shipment selected. Please note that any customs charges incurred on packages are the responsibility of our customers to pay in order for their package to be delivered. Due to complex international laws and taxes, we do not include these fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. Cottrell No7 is required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot change this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
