REFUND POLICY

Return & Exchange

You can return or exchange any defective merchandise or any product that you are not satisfied with by mail. Returns made within 30 days of order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment.

We are committed to customer satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Product may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the following:

  • Original receipt/packing slip

  • All original packaging

  • Products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. 

The following items cannot be returned:​

  • Product Samples

  • Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)

Items purchased in a Store, Events or elsewhere must be returned wherever purchased. Items purchased via one of our partners must also be returned to that store. Please refer to each individual store return policy for details.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Cottrell No7, by sending an email to corey.laney@cottrellno7.com and we will be happy to assist you. All emails will receive a response within 48 hours.
